2014
The Doors Open
Firehouse Subs opens its first location at 5547 Hazeldean Rd, Stittsville, Ontario. The community response is overwhelming — lineups out the door from day one.
2016
Menu Expansion
We launched our expanded firehouse sub menu, adding signature steamed subs, a full lineup of specialty sandwiches, and our now-famous house-made hot sauces.
2018
Community Recognition
Awarded "Best Sub Shop in Stittsville" by local community choice awards. We launched our First Responder Discount program, honoring those who protect our community every day.
2020
Online Ordering Launch
We introduced online ordering and curbside pickup to serve our community safely. Despite the challenges, we kept Stittsville fed with fresh firehouse subs every single day.

Kitchen Renovation
Major kitchen upgrade with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing us to serve more guests faster without compromising the quality and freshness every firehouse sub demands.

10 Years Strong
